Refund policy

Please note all I’m Nutrients products must pass most rigid quality assurance and other scientific tests as outlined by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration. I’m Nutrients’ products are in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Therefore, it is a I’m Nutrients policy that any products ordered through this I’m Nutrients website are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to I’m Nutrients’ company policies, and in line with our own quality assurance requirements, there will not be any refund of products purchased over the web.

Due to system limitations and the high volume of orders that we process, we are unable to give a store credit, swap products or flavours once an order has been made. We can however, cancel and refund item/s if your order has not left our Despatch Department yet. Note: A $25 admin and processing fee will apply

Products can be returned or exchanged only in the following circumstances:

Damaged in transit
Incorrectly shipped
Faulty product
Otherwise due to the health risks from tampering all products are considered to be sold on a "No Return Basis".

No refund or exchange will be given for:

Change of mind
Products that have been open or tampered with or are not in a resalable condition
Incorrect orders made by the recipient

Change of Mind

I'm Nutrients does not provide refunds for change of mind. 

Faulty Products

I'm Nutrients Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where your product comprises goods, entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of those goods. You are also entitled to have the physical goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We comply with our obligations under the Australia Consumer Law. If you believe you have received a faulty Product and wish to make a claim under our Consumer Guarantee, please contact us by email: hello@imnutrients.com. 

Delivery 

 In the unlikely event that your Products arrive in a less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately via email hello@imnutrients.com. We use reputable third party contract couriers. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as damage or delay that results in your Products not arriving at a certain time or place. We will work with you to assist in resolving any issues that may be a result of a third-party failure. 

We reserve the right to request a photo of the damaged Products and/or a return of the damaged Products to a reply-paid address.
